Our stay at Dusit Thani Dubai was truly wonderful. The hotel offers a lovely view of the Burj Khalifa, and staying in a double bedroom with such a view made our experience even more unforgettable. Waking up every morning with the view of the skyline was definitely a highlight of our journey. What truly made this experience unforgettable, however, was the staff’s extraordinary hospitality. A big thank you to Addi, Hamza, Shahkawat, and Mike for going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well taken care of. Whether it was assisting with requests, offering great recommendations, or simply their warm and friendly service, they made a real difference. Our kids even made friends with the staff, who were so kind and engaging, it was lovely to see them enjoy themselves so much! Speaking of which, our kids favourite area at the hotel was definitely the swimming pool, where they had a fantastic time! Special thanks to Jose, Saad, and Saurav for making their time in the pool extra enjoyable. The hotel’s location is perfect, the amenities are top notch, and the breakfast was fantastic. We had such a great experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Dusit Thani Dubai between March 14th and 18th, and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we arrived, the service, comfort, and atmosphere exceeded all expectations. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending Thai elegance with modern luxury. Our room was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained, with an incredible view of the Burj Khalifa – waking up to that skyline every morning was absolutely magical. Breakfast was a daily highlight thanks to Bharat, the breakfast manager, who ran everything so smoothly and always checked in to make sure guests were happy. Abhinav, one of the breakfast waiters, was also outstanding – polite, friendly, and always attentive to detail. At the reception, Sushmita gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location is perfect for exploring the city – close to Dubai Mall, Downtown, and other major attractions. Plus, the rooftop pool with a view of the skyline was the cherry on top. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Dubai!

It’s a spot anyone would love. The food spread was really impressive as well. Since breakfast was included in my package, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious variety offered every morning—it was truly delightful!
