When we booked Dusit Thani Dubai, we had several thoughts about our stay, amenities, and services, especially since we were traveling with an infant. Our flight landed in Dubai around 6:30 AM, and I reached out to the hotel regarding an early check-in. While they couldn't guarantee it over the phone, they kindly asked us to come over, assuring us that they would do their best to accommodate us. To our pleasant surprise, when we arrived at the hotel around 8:30 AM, they arranged an early check-in at no extra cost! This thoughtful gesture set the tone for what turned out to be an amazing stay. The hotel staff were incredibly polite, humble, and treated every guest with the utmost respect. Throughout our stay, we never faced a single issue everything was seamless. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the overall service was nothing short of exceptional. One of the standout moments of our stay was meeting Manager Bharath during breakfast. His dedication to guest satisfaction was truly commendable. In fact, every staff member, regardless of their role, went above and beyond to ensure an outstanding experience. A special and unexpected highlight was when the hotel surprised us with a complimentary cake and gourmet treats for my wife's birthday even though we hadn't mentioned it to them! This level of attentiveness and commitment to guest happiness is truly remarkable. Without a doubt, this has become my go-to hotel whenever I visit Dubai. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Dusit Thani Dubai management and team for providing us with the best stay experience ever. Highly recommended

It’s a spot anyone would love. The food spread was really impressive as well. Since breakfast was included in my package, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious variety offered every morning—it was truly delightful! Additionally, the couch in the living area could easily serve as an extra sleeping option for one person. The breakfast selection was impressive, catering to diverse tastes from around the globe. It featured a variety of options, including continental dishes, a live kitchen for freshly prepared meals, an Asian section, a salad bar, and a range of hot beverages.

Excellent location and super friendly staff. From the concierge to reception all are very nice and well-trained. Especially Sohail at concierge is highly professional and caring. Taha at the front desk is a very helpful team member. Overall, it was excellent and comfortable stay. Your friendly staff makes it more comfortable so we didn't think much for any negatives.
