First impressions make lasting impressions. The staff on arrival and through out the stay were great. Friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and well appointed with spacious rooms. The restaurants and food on offer was exceptional.

Go for this hotel only for its location. We had booked Two Bedroom Apartment Suite with Burj Khalifa View and it offers a great view of the same.

My summer stay at Dusit Thani was truly exceptional. The room view was incredible—I could clearly see the Burj Khalifa through my window, and both the morning and evening views were absolutely stunning. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and all the services provided were excellent. The hotel’s location is perfect, offering breathtaking views of the new buildings nearby. It’s a spot anyone would love. The food spread was really impressive as well. Since breakfast was included in my package, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious variety offered every morning—it was truly delightful! A big thank you to the team for arranging a room with such a great view during this busy season, and for the thoughtful gesture of Christmas cookies on Christmas Day. It made my stay even more special!

Excellent location and super friendly staff. From the concierge to reception all are very nice and well-trained. Especially Sohail at concierge is highly professional and caring. Taha at the front desk is a very helpful team member. Overall, it was excellent and comfortable stay. Your friendly staff makes it more comfortable so we didn't think much for any negatives.

The property was very clean and roomy. There were convenience stores and eating places in walking distance. In addition, the staff we well trained, and polite, and very helpful.

The bedroom was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two adults and a child under 12 years old. The king-size bed provided ample space for all three to sleep soundly. Additionally, the couch in the living area could easily serve as an extra sleeping option for one person. The breakfast selection was impressive, catering to diverse tastes from around the globe. It featured a variety of options, including continental dishes, a live kitchen for freshly prepared meals, an Asian section, a salad bar, and a range of hot beverages.

I personally love the bed and pillows they have. It was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. The view was magnificent from our room on the 35th floor. Room was very clean and everything works. Staff was very nice and very helpful in every way, from the people at the front door to the reception, the server at the restaurants to the person who clean our room. Can not ask for a better stay from Dusit Thani hotel and staff. 5 stars or more if I can give it. Will diffinetly stay there again if ever in the Dubai.
